Cop Gets One Year Paid Leave After Slamming Handcuffed Woman on Her Face

A video from a Calgary police officer Alex Dunn’s ongoing assault trial shows the cop slamming a handcuffed Dalia Kafi face-first into the ground. After the slam, Kafi needed surgery for a broken nose and stitches in her lip. Dunn was charged with assault causing bodily harm, suspended WITH PAY for one year. He now works in an administrative role with the department while his trial is underway.
