Usain Bolt Donates $10 Million To Haiti


Jamaican Olympic gold medalist, Usain Bolt, has donated $10 million to help rebuild Haiti, after the island was hit by Hurricane Matthew this week.

The donation was announced today, after he travelled to Haiti to ascertain the damage caused by the storm. Media reports suggest that the donation will be used to rebuild homes after the devastation caused by the hurricane; it is said that some 3,200 homes have been affected and 15,000 people displaced.

With 350,000 people affected, Haiti is facing its worse crisis since the devastating earthquake six-years ago.
