Video: NJ Police Kick Burn Victim In The Head After Car Wreck

Innocent bystander, Miguel Feliz was driving home from work on Sunday evening when a vehicle being chased by police crashed into his car and a utility pole, causing a fire.

A video shows Feliz exiting his vehicle and rolling on the ground trying to extinguish the fire on his clothing.

Moments later, several police officers approach Feliz with guns drawn and pointed at him. Possibly thinking he was the person they were initially chasing the officers kick him, then drag him into the street.

The incident left Feliz in critical but stable condition, with severe burns to 30 percent of his body, his family told Univision, which first released the video.
