A shocking video that has gone viral shows a Prima County, Az deputy wrestling a 15-year-old boy with no arms or legs to the ground.
The incident, which was recorded by another teen, took place at a group home in the Tucson, Az area in September.
The deputy was called to the home after a 15-year-old, who was in the group home after being abandoned by his family, allegedly kicked over a garbage can and verbally threatened a worker.
The video begins with the deputy on top of the teen. As the deputy wrestled the 15-year-old quadruple amputee to the floor, the teen can be heard shouting and swearing at the deputy.
The video also shows the arrest of a 16-year-old who was filming the encounter.
Both teens were arrested on disorderly conduct charges.
After KOLD showed the video of the altercation to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, they said they are beginning an internal investigation.
Joel Feinman, the Pima County Public Defender, was outraged when he saw the video.
“Men with badges should not be acting this way,” he said. “Men and women who do act this way should not have badges and guns.”

What I’m wondering is they say the 15 year old kicked a garbage can. How?! If he had no legs?!
How can you tackle someone who has no arms or legs??? This makes me so sad
This is horrendous. He should be giving a 10 year prison term. For brutalizing the disabled. This is cruel and unusual punishment. Nobody is above the law. At all period. Cop’s are not superhumans. Nor are they more important than any other human life. On this planet. A cop is a mere human being with a badge on. Nothing more and nothing less. They are here to uphold governmental laws in place. And deescalate crimes. Nothing more nothing less. And to get drug dealers and, scam artist off the streets. There are cop’s that get paid thousands of dollar’s a year. Just to stand at Subway 🚆 train stations. Just to hand old summons. On a person who hops the train. When they should be out chasing real crimes. That really matter. Like people Robbing people. And the likes.
