Women who accused Trump of sexual assault demand Congress investigate

The three women who came forward accusing President Donald Trump of sexual misconduct are now demanding that Congress launch an investigation into the president over their claims.

Jessica Leeds, Samantha Holvey and Rachel Cooks said in a press conference on Monday that they wanted Congress to take a closer look at their stories.

Cookes, a former Trump Tower receptionist, said that Trump had forcibly kissed her in 2005, and Leeds said that almost 30 years ago, Trump had grabbed her breasts and tried to put his hand up her skirt during a flight.

Holvey was part of the Miss America pageant and recalled on Megyn Kelly Today how Trump came backstage for what she thought was a “meet and greet” with the contestants.

“It was not. It was ‘hi,’ just looking me over like I was just a piece of meat. I was not a human being. I didn’t have a brain, I didn’t have a personality,” she said. “I was just simply there for his pleasure. It left me feeling very gross, very dirty.”

She said that he came backstage again late in the rounds when the women were in nothing but robes.

“No one dreams of being ogled when you’re a little girl wanting to wear a crown,” she said.
